Installation:  Plants are installed and mulched at a cost of ½ the regular retail price of the plant material. (Installation of trees is a $100 minimum charge.) These charges apply to planting which can be done manually under reasonable conditions, using existing soil. The installation price does not include removing large roots, stumps, rocks or shale.    We will remove grass, sod, & weeds in the planting area, install the plant at the correct depth to allow for drainage, and mulch the area with hardwood bark mulch. We leave the biodegradable burlap and wire basket on the root ball, loosening the burlap on the top and cutting the string around the trunk of the plant. It is the homeowner’s responsibility to water any freshly installed plants.

Placement:  Plant material may also be placed at an additional cost of 20% of the total cost of the plant.  

Guarantee:   We guarantee the dollar value of the plants we install.  Other plants, excluding annuals and clearance sale plants, are guaranteed for 90 days. We do not guarantee wholesale orders.  This would be the landscaper's or contractor's responsibility.
